On the morning of July 21, 2022, Gustavo Figueiredo, President of the Guarulhos International Airport, visited the administrative site of the AeroGRU Consortium. Mr. Figueiredo was welcomed by the directors of the Consortium companies and got to know the facilities of the administrative site, as well as the progress of the work.
Marcopolo Rail signs an agreement with the AeroGru Consortium at an event held at the Marcopolo headquarters, with the presence of Marcelo Sampaio Minister of Infrastructure of Brazil. The meeting formalized the supply of three Marcopolo Auster A-200 vehicles, composed of two articulated cars, with a capacity of 200 passengers.
The Federal Government took a decisive step this Wednesday (September 8, 2021) to ensure fast, sustainable and safe transport for passengers, workers and users who need access to the Guarulhos International Airport (GRU). In a ceremony held at the GRU, an amendment to the airport concession contract was signed, including the obligation for the GRU Airport concessionaire to build and operate the Automated People Mover (APM).
